Dr. Jay Cerio, Dean at Alfred University, instructs the second-year Alfred downstate graduate counseling students on crisis intervention and disaster response this past Sunday morning, on opening weekend for classes in Brooklyn – timely topics on the 15th anniversary of 9-11.
